A professional girls' football environment, built around the players in front of us.

FK14 returns this autumn for ambitious girls aged 10–15 who want more from their game real coaching, real standards, in an environment that pushes players while backing them.

FK14 is Nike-supported and carries Fran Kirby's name and vision. Fran oversees the programme's direction and standards; weekly sessions are delivered by the FK14 coaching team.

Coaching built around the player

No fixed curriculum, no one-size-fits-all sessions. We assess each group, identify what will move the needle, and adapt the coaching as the term progresses. Every session has a purpose the direction comes from what the players need next.

The standard we coach to

Players are pushed to:

- Play with confidence and back their decisions
- Take risks without fear of getting it wrong
- Compete to a high standard
- Take feedback and act on it
- Support their teammates
- Own their progress

Every player is different some need confidence on the ball, others need it under pressure. We coach to the individual inside the group.

The environment

Girls arrive from different clubs and levels. They don't need to be the finished article just ready to work. High standards, real support: players train hard, make friends, and grow in confidence.

Kit

The official FK14 training kit is compulsory for all Autumn Term players. It builds identity across the centre and keeps standards visible. Full pricing and ordering details go out separately.

Who it's for

Girls who want more than club football alone gives them: sharper coaching, tougher training partners, and a programme that meets them at their level. Spaces are limited to protect coaching quality.

Nike supported. Inspired by Fran Kirby. Built for the next generation.

Progress never stops.
